***** department NEVER communicates, im sure the ***** department stole my money

my account was handed over to the ***** department, a month later i finally received notification from investigating office Gumbi, Moipone that they are terminating my account. i went to the branch on 2 seperate occations to transfer the funds and was told they need permission from Gumbi, Moipone. i have emailed this person multiple time to eventually be told they can do it on their side. i sent the details to where the money must be sent and have heard NOTHING in response. This is now going into 2 months with no response. I WANT MY MONEY and the account closed then i want nothing to do with FNB.
