***** department is the worst

I wonder why the bankers fail to advise the client that funds are on hold for so and so reason... they want us to constantly be calling and they are not reachable... call will cut 10 times and you are expected to call back when they don't even bother to call the client and advise of the situation. These investigating officers you have are *********** unless that's the training they get. my account was put on hold last week and to date I still don't have info as to why and what is needed from me.
