***** department FNB don't exist

On the 29 June I opened a ***** case with FNB and I was given a case number :2022 /*** assigned to an investigator by the name of Sthembiso Mhlambi. From the 29th June till today there was no response/updates or feedback from the bank. On Thursday I went to the bank I was then told investigators don't take calls and I must talk to him via teams which the consultant did help but the investigator was unavailable... Again as usual I left my details. The last time I wrote to Hello Peter I've been receiving an automated message from FNB saying that the will call be within 48 hours which never happened.
