***** department does not answer calls

I've been trying to report a ***** case for the past month . I even went to your branch . Your ***** call center does not pick up .I gave been on hold numerous times on different days ,for over 30 minutes. I left the branch without any he'll I even called today and my call was never picked . Someone needs to call me .
