***** department at fbn

I have logged a complaint with fnb regarding ***** that happened on my easy account on the 21 of December 2020 I was told someone will call me. Everysince no one has called me instead I am the one calling the bank being told my money will be reversed but nothing has been doing and I have been charged fees of outstanding amount as I speak my account is sitting on -R645. I am frustrated and saddened at this case there way it's been handled. I am tired of making follow ups .Case number is ***.
