I am calling the FNB line to get assistance with monies that keep going out from my account and no-one can seem to assist me or the line just goes dead. Used both my cellphone and landline but calls just go quiet...

I have amount from a company called Rentoza on the 30th of April and today 15:51 for R430 and R680 respectively that surprisingly can't even be traced and reversed... Please investigate and reverse my monies as i clearly DID NOT AUTHORISE THIS NOR PURCHASED
