***** departement does not exist!!! or on Strike??

I Have had an ongoing dispute since November 2015 which was supposed to be fixed by end of January and the nearly R6000 returned to my bank account, I'm still waiting a reply on my previous 2 complaint and also returns of Unauthorized Debits from my account and now have discovered another new one (FNL FN***GF) this has now gone of 2 twice as well as the following debit (JETRJD***29) I want this money returned as this was ****** from my account with the blessings of FNB, and FNB can't keep my money safe and are unwilling to do what they promised
