***** DEDUCTIONS WITHOUT MY AUTHORISATION

FNB is charging me R220 to make"payments on my behalf" if there is insufficient funds in my account. I did not authorize this and used to get a message or where ever I pay they would just inform me that there is not enough funds in my account. I pay toll fees for R10 and FNB make this payment on my behalf but charge me R220 for this. I DID NOT AUTORISE THIS PAYMENT ON MY BEHALF, HOW CAN THEY DO THIS. I want to be informed at the teller or where ever I buy something that "sorry you have not enough money in your bank accout.

This is absolutely rediculous and I want FNB to refund all these R220 deduction!!!!!!
