***** Debits on FNB Bank accounts
I am currently out of the South Africa and spend alot of time overseas, i cannot go into any FNB branch. the only option i have left is email them or deal with them online.
I was under the impression that FNB had ZERO tolerance towards *****. i am shocked and disgusted that they tolerate ***** happening in our accounts and allowing ******* to ***** our hard earned money. I am totally disappointment at FNB and want to move all my funds as i do not trust such a bank.
I have an fnb savings account and i reported a ***** debit oder that has been deducting from my fnb account.
after a lengthy process of paper work to be completed my FNB has still done nothing with regards to stopping this debit order from deducting from my account.
They have sent me an email after 5 days to inform me that they need 40 days to action my request. this was the biggest shock to me. I thought FNB would respond with urgency when we report *****. I have had this debit deduct from my account and my question is who is going to be paying for these ***** debit and all the bank charges of bounced debit order charges that FNB has done nothing about.
If you bank with FNB please be careful &check your accounts
