***** debit orders that cant be reversed

I have been struggling with fnb to reverse ***** debit orders that went to my account i spoke t my private banker she failed to assit me today i went to the bank nelspruit the grove branch they told me they cant reverse my debit orders they gave me a phone to phone i waited for more than 30 minutes suddenly the phone cuts off they told me it does that when you wait too long asked to speak to a manager i waited as well , very poor customer services they deducts this huge services fee but the is no service at all people are are taking money from my acoount and the bank is doing nothing they are promoting *****
