***** debit orders are called purchases nowadays

One month ago two debit orders went through my account which I did not authorize. I called FNB and reported suspected *****. I requested that the transactions must be canceled and reversed but was informed this was not a debit order but a "purchase". From the bank's side my card was canceled as ***** was suspected and a new one ordered. This month the same tow amounts went through - debit orders are now called "purchases". I was informed it can not be reversed but every month FNB approve of this reported *****. The only method to prevent further unapproved deductions is to close my account
