FNB contacted me in 2019 to ask whether I app**** for a credit card, which I denied and reported the matter to their *****line. Despite reporting the matter, I now discovered that FNB went ahead and opened a cheque account and business account for the ********* who used my name and identity number. FNB refuses to help me and provided me with a number for an investigating officer that does not work . A warrant of arrest has been issued for the *********, but I am baring the brunt thereof because he used my details. I need urgent assistance and they have no desire to assist me.
