How disappointment i am in this bank I can't even describe. In November last year i wanted to close my golden cheque account. As it was to expensive to keep and change to a new account. For sum sort of response and explanation that was false. I had to pay R5000 in just to close the account. This is plain ***** from the bank thay steel you hard working money and mad it out if ok. Till date i still waiting for that R5000 to be paid back to me as the reason thay took it where false. All i can say is if it was not for my car loan i would not be a client of them anymore. My advice to everyone is do not close a account as thay will take what is not there's to take. Keep a eye open on your account as if that can do this what ells are thay doing. It is really disappointed to write this review as i thought FNB was one of the best Bank's especially with online banking. But now i wander is my money save in there hands.
