***** continue even after card was stopped

On 1 October I received a sms to say money reserved for a transaction Raine Bryanston I immediately contact the call centre as It was clear this was a ********** transaction to find out there was another one just a day before that for an even bigger amount no sms no notification card was stopped a ***** case opened an a new card ordered. I asked them how this was possible response they will have to investigate and get back to me takes 10 days New card came yesterday I did not activate it as per yet. I went into my credit card to see if transactions was reversed yet to find the same transaction took place on the 6th while my card is stopped and new one not yet activated How on earth is this even possible I will go into the bank tomorrow However after banking with them for over 16 years this is scary to say the least. FNB what is going on here?!
