***** committed by Kulula on my FNB cheque account

On the 22 of August 2016 I experienced ***** committet on my cheque account by a flight company Kulula (Comair Ltd) in South Africa. Kulula made a transaction, which I did not authorise, and the amount of R3420,69 disappeard from my account. My bank (FNB) has not helped me so far and I have been trying to solve this problem by calling them several times, wasting at least R150 just on my telephone bill. No result. I was told by FNB customer service to contact Kulula myself and to get an explanation from them. But what about FNB's security systems which allow somebody to simply ***** from the customer's account without even trying to rectify the problem? I feel I have nobody among the customer service workers, with whom I can lead a constructive and helpful conversation. On the phone I have been transferred from one worker to another, having to explain my problem more than 10 times. No result. How can I get my money back?
