Hi this is my second review as I was busy with the investigation of my money that happened got missing from the bank FNB the police manage to arrest the suspect but she's out on bail how ever I am still angry with the FNB service because they never helped me with nothing I ended up fighting to get the supportive doc I was looking for to help police to do their job.They played me, and failed dismal to assist me. Thank God now I can sleep because early next year the court resume and the suspect will suffer the consequences all along I couldn't eat, sleep, I am depressed people of South Africa I been through a lot

I don't understand why you decided to send me the email, it's because of the second review that I published what a terrible letter, its because am black or its because you don't care about black customers? Because I have rep**** back to Marubini as she was the one who called me and asked my personal email to make me understand what is going on on that email (s**** paperwork) I am so hurt ????. What ****ed me off is that all along you were quite not helpful to me,why because it's not your money. ***** department'Marubini' you are nothing but ****. Now I have asked you to explain to me what is going on I am not working at the bank and the second page showing 48000.00 I want explanation about it because all along it was not appearing on my bank statements
