***** Claim

On the 24th of November I made a purchase on https://www.kitchenen.com/index.php?main_page=login and two transactions went through a few seconds after each other of which I became suspicious and contacted my banker to cancel the transaction with the respective division, the money was in pending for 5 days. On the 29th of November I was shocked to see the transaction going through. I contacted my banker and to my surprise I was told that the merchant had banked the money and this is like 5 days later of which if it was done on the day I would not have been in the situation that I am currently in. I was sent documents of which I filled in . As this is ********** supplier I cannot get hold of them on the phone or e-mail that is provided on the website of which I communicated this to FNB as the requirement for them to reverse the money is that I need to cancel the order with the supplier. Today my banker told me that I have to sort it with the merchant, my question is is this bank telling me that they would rather support bogus suppliers than their clients. I want someone from this bank to sort out this issue urgently and I am deeply disappointed with them.
