***** case with no feedback

After reporting a ********** payment on my account I received no information or feedback on the ***** case I had to contact the ***** department who finally gave me a case number but had to put me through to another department who just keeps you on hold answers the call and then immediately ends the call. No help whatsoever from the debit ***** department
