***** case with bad service experiance

I'm very disappointment with fnb I send ***** case on the 12 December nothing yet happen the busy asking me case number while I'm already send them, they not interested even calling me. busy sending email please fnb ***** case and all document sanded to u. promise was 14 days but now more than a month without proper feedback..
