***** Case well over the estimated period

I had the unfortunate event where I woke up on the morning of 30 October 2017, only to see that R 1,550.00 have been withdrawn from my account on what I can assume was due to my card being cloned. I went through the whole process of stopping my card, submitting all of the documents on the same day where it was confirmed that all documentation is in order. R 1,550.00 might not be a lot for some people, but here I am on the 14th of November with a bank balance of R 0.00 - I feel it is unfair phoning FNB on numerous occasions only to be told that they are busy with it and it has been escalated, that is the response I get every time. So let's do the math: From my first report until now is a total of 16 days and 12 working days that has passed. Completely unacceptable! Why should I suffer with no money due to FNB's incompetence?
