***** Case Unresolved

On the 3rd of February I have reported transactions that I suspected to be ********** because I didn't initiate them. Few days later 2 of the 8 tranasctions were reversed. I tried to reach their ***** department to no avail, I would be on hold for at least 10 minutes each time I called and eventually hung up. There's not been any update from their side.
