***** Case Unattended 15days later still no feedback nothing

Kindly note that I reported a ***** case on my ewallet account from FNB on the 1st June 2020 today is the 15th June I was advised by your call center agent that no investigating officer has been assigned to my case. 15days later and no one is looking into my case .

Please advise on my case please
