***** case still not resolved..promises and lies

Since logging my request on Friday I received several sms and emails including one telling me that the investigation has been resolved and closed an email has been sent and post...however the contact from an fnb member within 24-48hrs since Friday has still not taken place..today I had hopes that I would receive some feedback..today I got absolutely nothing. I'm hugely disappointed because truthfully speaking I don't have any money to get through this has been almost an entire month and I'm being treated with this level of disregard as a client who's been a victim of ***** which occurred right outside one of your branches...really This isn't acceptable...assuring me assistance and pretending to care and pretending this is being given high priority...absolutely no priority has been given to my issue ..this is going on since 3rd June
