***** Case Outcome - My Fault?!

On Saturday 03 October 2015 I was on my way to the Eastern Cape, so I needed to quickly draw cash. My nearest ATM was a Standard Bank ATM, so I went to attempt to draw money. I inserted my card into the ATM and waited for the screen to change. I waited about a minute, and the screen did not change to prompt me for my pin, so I pressed the 'cancel' button to get my card out. My card did not come out. I waited a few minutes, and my card still did not come out - this is when it became evident that my card had been swallowed by the ATM. I went to the bank immediately to cancel my card.<br> After having been back and forth with FNB, sending form after form, they told me to open a ***** Case, which I did. After over a week, they get back to me and tell me that they cannot refund my money because its my fault - i must have given someone access to my PIN. But when i look at my statement, it shows that this transaction went off on the 6th October on the cancelled card. I sent an email to [Email Removed] to lodge a formal complaint, but have not heard anything back yet. Please be careful of bank *****!!!
