***** case not sorted 1 year later

I reported a ***** case against my credit card that R5000.00 was taen out on the same day at 3 seperate places on the12 oct 2019. This card had not been ordered or collected by myself at this stage. I reported to ***** line via Cradlestone mall FNB in Nov. A consultant was put on the case. He called once to say he had the case and was looing into it. Needless to say that FNB have been deducting amounts of over R200 every month off my account to pay bac this *****. How is this possible. And when you call them they never answer where is this Humphries that is suposed to help me. I would lie my money bac nto my account that I now blieve FNB to steel from me monthly
