***** case not investigated by Sithembiso Mhlambi of FNB ***** Division and no communications to clients

Incident#*** ***** division.

I am a Private Client of FNB and also a business client of FNB

There’s a FNB business client that de*****ed me of R123 800 using his FNB business account. I opened a case of ***** at SAPS and also with FNB. My case is assigned to Sithembiso Mhlambi but it’s been 3 weeks with no response from him. When I call him he doesn’t answer and also on email. There’s been too many ***** complaints about this certain individual but FNB is not willing to help, it’s like they’re promoting it.
