***** case not being resolved

On the 30th of March I went to the Durban north brach and was assisted by Ekshen an Indian guy, I was told to call the call centre, the call centre people told me i should fill in a form. But the guy who was assisting me told me he would log the case for me I dont have to fill in the form. I went to the branch yesterday and was given a simcard to call the call centre, and I saw Akshen he took my details and said he would call me back he didn't. Today I called the call centre I was told there was nothing logged and the consultant wasn't even supposed to have logged anything. He wasted my time and till now I haven't received my money.
