***** case gone sour

on the 13th of December 2017, my vehicle was broken into and wallet ******. the ******* gained access to my account via an ATM at the FNB Kloof branch and made the following actions: withdrew large amounts of cash; got a personal loan approved and paid out; got a temporary loan; made transfers between my credit card and debit card to with draw money and emptied my pocket saving (AKA bank your change savings pocket). following numerous follow up with the banks various ***** departments, as one department does not deal with the incident, i had to log 3 different cases with FNB for this one incident on my portfolio. earlier this month the short term loan was reversed. today i get a call from the credit card ***** department to say "Sorry we decline your ***** claim because your original card and pin were used" of course my original card was used it was ******. I then did some research only to find out that my card was cloned and my personal via the chip was now at the hands of the ******* who stole my belongings and i am now being penalized

i find it very difficult to comprehend how i am being held liable for these ********** activities. i also find it very hard to believe that the ******* knew exactly what my pin was on the first go because i was not notified that "I HAD ENTERED THE WRONG PIN" or that how all of this took place at a branch????? or HOW FNB FAILED TO NOTIFY ME OF ALL THESE ACTIVITIES WERE TAKING PLACE ON MY ACCOUNT??? HOW WAS A PERSONAL LOAN APPROVED WITHOUT ME?????? OR MY DETAILS???? OR EVEN A CALL TO ME?????

I HAD TO BE PATIENT AND WAIT THE ENTIRE FESTIVE SEASON WITH NO MONEY AS I HAD TO FREEZE THE ACCOUNTS SO THAT NO FURTHER TRANSACTIONS WILL OCCUR!!!!!!!!!!

I AM REQUESTING THE CAMERA FOOTAGE AT THE KLOOF BRANCH FOR THAT DAY SO THAT I CAN CONDUCT MY OWN INVESTIGATION BECAUSE FNB CANT CLEARLY
