***** case follow up

Good day, my name is humbulani mukwevho, on the 7th of January I lost a simcard and later I was ****med money from fnb acc, fnb doesn't communicate, 2 weeks back they called me and said I must sign a letter that shows they are going to pay the money that was in my 32 days notice, I did signed, and stil today, nothng, no one called me, and again I stil want to know why they wanted me to submit a prove of simswap if they stil not going to help me, I just want to know what's going on, I received the email but I can't open the attachments,
