***** case

***** department is so bad at getting in touch with. They are easy to freeze accounts but after that no feedback at all. Not even a investigator can call a person . Been waiting 6 days. Everytime it's a matter they will call back but they don't. This is so unprofessional. After this is solved I will remove myself from this bank and not recommend this to others
