***** case at FNB
On the 26/07/2018 I was de*****ed R10 200 by an fnb client as i was securing the townhouse not to be taken by someone.I called my bank to inform them that I have transfer R5200 n deposited R5000 to fnb client,my bank said I must call the ***** unit and inform them I did so and I was also told to inform the ***** unit of fnb which I did, those people I don't understand why they wake up in the morning and go to work as they are useless. They told me that I can't speak to them directly they need my bank to call them and liason with then.I called my bank ***** unit to tell them that fnb is stating so then my bank asked me to send an email of what transpired and the proof of payment with the lease agreement that I received from the fnb client,I did so within few minutes my bank is calling me saying fnb can't provide them with the information of their client as the transaction was done with consent.have I opened the case? Why would I want to waste their time if the landlord is legit cause the real landlord was suprised as i went to view the place asking who am I and she explain that I'm not the only one and advised me to open the case and she even wrote an affidavit staring that the fnb client is a *****. Every Atm has a camera, why can't they trace where this money was withdrawn if it's withdrawn and block their clients account or should I teach them how to do their job?Why call yourself the best bank if the services is gonna be this poor? Or should we blame the people you hire, this is unacceptable. Every person when opening an account they need I'd book and proof of residential, what so difficult for fnb to give my bank this details so we can trace him.with the bank system this days it's very advanced that they use their own cameras for identity when opening an account and your thumb finger to identify the person unless fnb doesn't want to fight ***** crime.
