***** case against FNB bank and MTN

Good day, yes fnb close the case because they say I am failing to provide the prove that shows I had no sim on that day of incident what I've been doing is calling mtn, sms my email to them for them to send the report, but I am not winning, yesterday I called again I was told to go to mtn store, I went today, and they told me they don't have such thing on prepaid Sim, I called call center they told me to go to the branch again, I told them I am at the branch, the lady spoke to one of mtn guy, then they promised to send me the report today B4 5, til now I am stil waiting, I am not happy about mtn and fnb, I want fnb to reopen the case because I am not happy if their outcomes, I went to report to fnb, fnb manager a company me to mtn, and they wer able to give me a prove to show that I reported the Sim missing. So that not what fnb want, they want the report if what happened to my Sim from the day of incident til I get Sim swap, I am soo confused not knowing what to do anymore and wher to go, I am dying inside, I am hurting, I am angry at everyone, I am not coping. I need help, I dnt know what kind of help, please, mtn and fnb are playing me, they are both involved in my missing money, 🙏🙏🙏
