***** case

On the 27th of May 2020 my sim was hacked and as a result some funds were transfered from my account using cellphone banking and eWallet. I went to the fnb branch in Hyde park and managed to open a case and was told that I should give the bank 7 days to investigate and they'll call me back. I gave them that time and went back to the bank again and was told that I should actually give them 21 days to investigate further. I have been given the run around because the person investigating my case as well the manager haven't been taking my calls. I have left several voice messages requesting that they should call me back but to this day I haven't received a call from them. I cannot be going to any branch as I am heavily pregnant and I might give birth any day from now. Could you please assist me on this matter because I have tried to go to the Hyde park branch and the Maponya mall branch but haven't received any assistance.
