***** case ***

I have complained and opened a case with FNB over one month ago and I was given a case number *** stating that it would be resolved within 7 working days. Apparently the staff of the bank don’t even know their duty or even work at all because nobody from the bank has tried to reach out to me since over 1 month ago and my money is still yet to be refunded.
