Good afternoon, I'm not happy with FNB bank where I reported ***** on the 11th this month.i was told to wait for 7 -10 days for them to call back. Today I decided to follow up only to be told that they can't do anything with regard to my case if I'm not happy I must raise my issue on the details of the letter they will email tomorrow. I'm not happy at all.
