Fnb is fast to call their clients when u owe them money but when u as a client want them to sort out things than they on their own time or they don't call back as they say they would it's been 5 months now since I opened ***** case and everytime they say authorities are looking into the case when I call them,at first they acted dum to say I did not report any case and they can't find it after proofing them wrong now they don't bother to look into it

25 Feb 2022, 08:533 days ago I call and send email again a person with name Ngwenya kholiwe said she will call me back the next day it's been 3 days am still waiting on her reply on email or to call me back do they really know how much airtime I spend everytime I call them they don't it's not fair
