Good day my name is Vincent.
You know we rely on the banks to keep our money safe and I ve always thought that FNB was safe, today I just saw random transections while I was at work I lost all my money and I haven’t bought food for the month for my family yet our car premium hasn’t gone off yet luckily insurance took their money but I am furious to the point that I’m considering switching banks I don’t do online shopping, the bank says all these transections were done online but all I got was 1 sms notification of R280 for airtime bought followed by a bank balance of R1.
A case of ***** was opened with both the SAPS and FNB I hope FNB recovers my money this number was used to purchase airtime *** it goes straight to voicemail.
Hello Peter please assist I’ve got 2 kids we really need the money.

Can anyone please give me feedback as to what’s going on with my case because now I have MFC breathing on my neck requesting documents proving that my account is under investigation they also want to know when I will be able to pay them all I said was “I’m not sure I’m waiting for the investigation to be concluded I ve got no answers” and I can’t get a hold of my investigator not even on mail it’s radio silence I’m starting to think I’m not being taken seriously all I need is some communication so that I give MFC a straight answer as well as other people I owe.
I am just frustrated really and drained can someone give me an update please.
