hi 2016 i went to germiston fnb branch to clear my name from listing and they didnt help me. 2017 i went to katlehong branch and they just kept asking to wait for phone from their head office , still waiting even today. 2018 i went to albrton branch , they asked for online finger print and i gave them all my document ,still today nothing is happening. what must i do to FNB bank to remove my name from listing/.
please help me
