***** case

I'm a 32 year old male, i'm very disappointed in the outcomes of the results from First National Bank(FNB) and all my life i'm a FNB account holder, here is why:

I've registered a ***** case(23 July 2018) at my branch(FNB) in Wellington(Western Cape) and they said it will take 6 weeks. I've waited that period and went there today(30 August 2018). FNB headquarters gave feedback and they said they wont be kept liable for this matter which i feel that is unfair.

This is what happened i got picked pocket on the 21st July 2018 and they stole my wallet. Not long after someone withdrew R 5000-00 from a Standard Bank(ATM),how is this possible!!!!!!!! without knowing my pin and sometime after they went to a Clothing shop in the Waterfront (Western Cape - Cape Town) and bought about R 6000-00 worth of clothes. FNB just told me today(30.08.2018) they wont be yeld liable for this. Which i feel is this how you treat a lifelong FNB client. The only place where i leave my pin is in my brain and no where else, im very disappointed in FNB. I hope i will hear from Fnb soon.
