I have signing powers on my elderly fathers account.

He got pickpocketed and never cancelled his card - this is something I have no control over. Whoever has his card has been withdrawing money from my account, not his.

I have never authorised any kind of arrangement where his bank card has access to my account! If they had taken money from his account I can accept this loss as he should have cancelled his card although he is wheelchair bound and not of good mental health, he said he had cancelled his card but maybe did not do this correctly.

Money has been **********ly taken from MY account using HIS card but FNB refuses to pay back a mesely R3k which is a huge amount of money for me.

As this was an error on YOUR side I find this disgraceful.
