***** CASE

My dismay is with FNB in how they dealt with my set of circumstances:
1.It is obvious that *****ulant actions in an FNB account is not treated with and seen in the urgent light that the victim experiences it, as there was no action/inquest/investigation / attention drawn to the account holder' s liability for opening a *****ulant account and using FNB as a mode to commit crime.
2.Unsatisfactory answers, or rather , the absence of it when enquring with Ebrahim in the *****ulant dept. He advsied me to go back to the branch and discuss this with the branch manager (?) after I already was told, at the branch that the matter resorts under the ********** dept.(!)
3.In between being sent from pillar to post, a lot of time was wasted, and I am still not satisfied, that the loss I'm experiencing is being addressed effectively and efficiently.
4. As previously stated my expectation is that FNB take responsibility also, for ***** committed within their institution, and offer service that justifies their slogan: \How can we help?"even when dealing with victims"
