14 Oct 2020, 11:32I was on the phone with one your consultants whom just gave me unpleasant feedback regarding my issue... Can he call me again coz I don't have his contacts because I need more information, in actual fact I would prefer a sotho speaking person to call me, perhaps there Is a language barrier between us hence now I need more clarity
This whole issue is now just unacceptable... I'm still very much disappointed to say the least
