***** bank statements not taken seriously

They shouldnt even be given one star. I reported a ***** case 13 January 2023. No reply yet. I phoned in now and the lady said please hold and blindly transfer me. Then I speak to another lady and she then said, she will give me another number. Now bare in mind this the ***** line I called. Both ladies could not help me. Wow thank goodness i dnt bank with Them.
