***** AND RUDE CONSULTANTS

I reported a ***** case on my Account after someone bought at PnP for R5606.84 while my card is with me. I received no SMS notification about the transaction only noticed the next day on App when I wanted to send money to someone. Reported the case and was promised feedback within 7-10 working days. It’s now close to a month. When I call consultants keep transferring me to different departments where I wait for even 30min to even get RUDE consultant that even drop calls while I am still talking. I AM SO DISAPPOINTED at your services FNB
