Hi this is not funny anymore, I asked a simple question to FNB Personal loans. I was retrenched in 2013, sent the retrenchment letter to the bank for them to process credit insurance claim. what I was told is that the credit insurance that was part of my premiums and it will settle the balance in the event of death, retrenchment etc.

I aske the bank a simple question, what happened to my credit insurance, why my account was not settle and was my file sold to an external debt collector. I have never received an answer and ended up doing a negotiated settlement of R1500. per month and now I have received forth external debt collector. what is happening her

I have sent the retrenchment letter and again asking these questions and no answer instead and sms from DCM.

Guys watch out the External Debt Collectors buy our files from Banks for them to make money out of us and you end being a bad payer at ITC.
