***** and bad service

On the 23rd I needed monies for the buisness very urgently, so I app**** for a temporary loan, that was at 12pm, it was approved. Immediatly I went to my account to tranfer the fund where they where needed but could not do so as my balance showed I only had R2,08 in my account. I had app**** for R1000 for which they charged me R130 interest. Immediatly I looked at my statement to see where my money was. What a shock, three debit orders had gone off my account in under 30secs after the approval of the loan.

1 for my personal loan for FNB which is due on the last day of the month

1 for my FNB funeral policy due on the 27th of the month

1 for a creditor due on the 30th of the month.

Immditaly I phoned FNB pointing this out and was told that an application for the urgent reversal was put through. After all why pay R130 interest just to pay off debts that were not yet due.

By 3:45 pm the funds where still not in my account, so much for urgent. I phoned the loans department again as the lady after taking my details asked me to hold while she pulled my records, something that takes 1 min, 25 mins later I was still on hold. I hung up and tried again.

FNBs reponse sorry our admin department is unavailbe try again on Monday.

Thus FNB has R1000 of mine that they are not entitled to and I now have to pay R130 interest on monies that I was unable to use for the purpose it was ment for.
When i demanded to speak to a manager i was told he is not availble. Well FNB tommorow morning I will be closing my account, and as for the loan suck on it, seeing as you refused to assist me with your ****** up I refuse to repay it. You just lost 2 clients ( my buisness also banks with FNB, and lost a R100 laon an assure policy holder as well as an personal loan of R12000 all which you will not see a cent of. You had a chance to do the right thing but refused so now I will adopt the same principles and refuse to do the right thing by repaying my loans.
