LITERALLY thee worst bank to deal with. When everything is in order they treat you ok once something goes wrong they are no help towards you whatsoever.

I have been going forwards and backwards with them for upwards to 10 months. I promise this when I say NO ONE at FNB can give me a simple answer to my questions.
