I am still awaiting FNB to refund me R400.00 charges " Payment Fees Charge for Payment with no FEES" I refer to case *** which FNB refunded me unauthorize transaction payment from my account while the card was in possession. What I find strange the R400.00 was suppose to refunded too. Everytime I had a chart with you staff they mention matter is escalated will be paid between 48-72 hours. On 18th I was promised by Kgotso that it is sorted R400.00 will paid. On monday 23th I was now informed it will be paid withing 24hours. Today I do a follow up I am told they are still investigating???? I am receiving a note that the request is only logged today which is not true. I am given a reference R***. This is so unbecoming let alone compromise TCF principles. I chart with Warren, Kgotso, Rabsotho, Kgotso, KgotsoBoitumelo, Warren this between 9 - 25. Now Pogiso is telling me that this matter is only lodged today. Please visit my chart just to read our communication. FNB please treat this matter professionally
