The other day I noticed a new loan that appeared on my FNB banking app, a loan that was never approved by me and neither can it be because I'm on debt review with Debt Rescue. So where has this loan come from?

I tried phoning, says the number doesn't exist. I sent an email 4 days again and yet the emails says they reply within 3 business days. Would you look at that it's Thursday and still no reply. This is poor from FNB since I want to find out if someone has committed ***** on my name and account or what. Because like I said I've never seen that loan before and I definitely did not approve it. Says it's a Call Direct Personal Loan, if it so happens that they deduct money from my account and it isn't something I ever authorised since I can't even take anything because I'm on debt review, I will open a case of ***** against FNB and Call Direct. So this better be sorted before the weekend is over
