Someone used my cheque card to do 6 transactions on the 8th of July 2021. The transactions started 14:29 and ended 18:17 when I realized and cancelled the card. I would like to open a case with the SAPS and i would like the money to be refunded. Support desk told me i probably wont get my money back?
